Arnprior Aerospace continues to expand its customer base and capability offerings.

Established in the town of Arnprior, Ontario in 1954, the company put Arnprior on the map for aviation. By 1960, Arnprior Aerospace had become part of The Boeing Company, where it remained until its divestiture in 2005.

Today, Arnprior Aerospace Inc. is an independent business, wholly owned by American Industrial Acquisition Corp (AIAC), a privately held industrial group. The Head Office is located in Arnprior Ontario, engaged in program management, supply chain management, M&A activities, MRB Engineering, HR Management and corporate finance

In September 2010, Arnprior Aerospace expanded it's operations by establishing a 75,000 sq. ft. facility in Chihuahua, Mexico, becoming a World Class Manufacturing Center of Excellence. The Mexican operations produce metallic components and assemblies for customers around the world as well as enabling Arnprior Aerospace's Canadian site to enhance its overall value proposition.

In 2012, Arnprior Aerospace continued its expansion plan by purchasing a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Portland, OR, USA. This facility operates as Arnprior Aerospace Portland Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Arnprior Aerospace Inc. Portland produces complex machine products and assemblies providing a World Class Machining Center of Excellence. A recently acquired new building increased the Portland facility size to 82,000 sq. ft.
